Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all US orders. Other shipping conditions may apply for certain products and locations. All shipments from Esquivel are subject to our carriers' terms and conditions. Delivery times will vary for custom products.
Average fulfillment times by collection:
Esquivel X: 0-3 days
Esquivel Flower: 14-21 days
Made to Order: 6-9 weeks
Return Policy
In-stock products (Esquivel X, Esquivel Flower collections) are eligible for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returns.
Products that have been customized (including tattoos) are not eligible for returns.
All sales are final for made-to-order products and are not eligible for returns.
For any issues with the fit of your shoes, Esquivel will accept shoe returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shoes must be in their original condition, must include the original shoe box and shoes bags, and must be unworn.
All shoes must be tried on and tested on a carpeted, clean surface, as any shoes that have signs of wear will not be acceptable for a return.
Note: We have found our sneakers fit true to size with narrow or standard fit. If your foot tends to be on the wide side, it is good to go up a half a size
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email info@esquivelshoes.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Esquivel reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the return requirements that are listed above. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
